Legal Waiver and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Living Love Mindfulness Medicine Programs. By signing up for any of our programs (through the online payment system, or authorization for monthly withdraw of funds) and using our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not sign up for our programs. As part of these programs, you will have access to the online member area. Living Love reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of use. Your continued use of the online member area is your agreement to any updated terms and conditions. If you find yourself no longer agreeing with the terms and conditions, you must leave the online member area and withdraw your participation in the program.

Ownership and Sales of Services: All content that is being offered through the Living Love Mindfulness Medicine programs are protected through trademark, copyright, moral and ethical rights and other laws relating to intellectual property rights by Living Love LLC. You are authorized to view, print, play and download videos, audios and written materials unless otherwise indicated. These materials are for educational and informational purposes only. You may not modify, copy, redistribute, reproduce, transmit, reform, publish or license any material provided you on our websites or that has been given to you via email, in person handouts, or on our website. Nor may you modify, copy, redistribute, reproduce, transmit, reform, publish or license any material that we provided to you that is being hosted on an outside site such as vimeo. These actions are all strictly prohibited and may result in intellectual property violations and legal action.

Responsibilities: By engaging with this material you confirm that you are (1) over the age of 18 and have right to enter into this agreement; (2) you are competent to satisfy the terms of this agreement; (3) you will use this course for information only; (4) you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

User Submission: Any user submission on the website or otherwise is deemed non-confidential. Living Love is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality of such information. You are highly advised to consider this when submitting any information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account as well as all activities that occur under your account username.

About Videotaping: Some live events are videotaped.

Video and Photo Release Agreement: if you attend a live class that is being videotaped, or a webinar that is being recorded, you agree to this release. By signing this agreement, you are stating that you understand that you can fully participate in the events without speaking during recording or volunteering to be a subject on film. If you do ask a question or choose to engage during the recording process, you grant permission for your image and/or voice to appear in training programs produced by Living Love, the instructors and their affiliates. You also grant permission for your voice or image to be used. You also realize you might appear in background audience shots for live events, as well as other “still” photos or videos taken by various Living Love staff members. You grant permission for your image to appear in any Living Love publicity and social marketing efforts. In addition, you grant permission for any video or written testimonial that you submit to be utilized publicly and for marketing efforts.

Cancellation Policy:

Withdrawals must be received in writing or by e–mail (service@livinglovecommunity.com) and will be promptly acknowledged once received.

Withdrawals 45 or more days before you start receiving materials for the program you enrolled in

If you have paid in full and then withdraw 45 days or more before the start of that class, you will receive a full refund for tuition, minus a 10% administrative fee. If you opted to pay monthly and withdraw 45 or more days before the start of class, your card will not be charged for the course. However, the deposit is non-refundable.

Withdrawals less than 45 days before the start of the class: If you have paid in full and then withdraw less than 45 days before the start of class, you will receive a 50% refund for the course. If you have elected to pay monthly and decide to withdraw less than 45 days before the start of the class, your card will be charged for half of the course.

If you do not notify us at all of your withdrawal you will not receive any refund

If you withdraw after the start of any course, you will not receive any refund. You will still be charged for the full amount of the program. You are purchasing a single product and it is up to you how much of the material you engage with. You are fully committed to the duration of the program that you sign up for.

In the case of emergencies (death or injury) or catastrophic (natural or accidental) events, you may contact Living Love to discuss your situation. In these instances, decisions will be made on a case–by–case basis.

Inappropriate User Submission:

Living Love does not seek, and you agree that you will not submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, profane, pornographic or questionable material. You will also not submit or engage with any material that infringes upon intellectual property rights. Submissions that are deemed inappropriate according to these terms may result in legal action and termination from the program.

Third Party Material:

Living Love may provide links or references to materials beyond the scope of the website and Living Love’s intellectual property. Living Love LLC, its employees, owners and affiliates are not responsible for any material obtained or engaged with engaged with on 3rd party sites or 3rd party information.

Access and Interference:

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or any other means to access the website or other intellectual property without written permission. You also agree that you will not alter or bypass any measures that restrict you from the use of our website, videos, book, and content.

Disclaimers:

You are using this site and this material at your own risk. Living Love does not assume any responsibility for any viruses that may infect your computer, other technological and/or communication equipment. You may suspend or terminate your account or use of this website for any reason or for no reason. Your registration and payment fees are refundable/nonrefundable by the terms above. If you violate any of the terms within this terms and conditions, you are subject to termination from the website and the program without refund.

As a result, third party material that we do not own or control may be transmitted, stored, or infringed upon. If you believe any material that is made available infringes upon copyright law you should notice us with the procedure under DMCA (17. U.S.C. Sect. 512©(2)).
